Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Leopard Auto Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and want every client to feel confident when booking with us. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take great pride in our work and aim to exceed your expectations. That’s why we offer a clear and fair satisfaction guarantee:

You don't pay unless you're satisfied.
If, at the time of service completion, you are not satisfied with the results, you are not obligated to pay. -
Once you have inspected the vehicle, approved the service, and payment has been processed, the sale is considered final.

If you notice something we may have missed, please notify us within 24 hours. We will:

Return promptly to address the concern at no additional cost, and
-
Provide you with a $25 coupon toward your next visit as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover lost time and preparation costs.

No-shows may result in a full charge of the scheduled service.
3. Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, no full refunds will be issued unless there is a proven case of negligence or incomplete work.

If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to review the issue and offer:

A complimentary reservice, or
-
A partial refund, depending on the situation.

4. Weather & Safety Delays

If we must reschedule due to weather or unsafe working conditions, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a new appointment with no penalty.
